•Hoisting airbag,Moving airbag
The combination of hoisting and moving airbag can have the capability of lifting and transporting heavy weight objects of over 10,000 tons,they are being widely utilized in moving ultra heavy objects such as large prefabricated concrete structures,oil drilling equipment,whole building structures.They can also be used in upgrading and launching ships of all sizes.Our technicians have implemented several inventions in their practices and successfully launched caissons directly into the water just using the airbags,and accomplished unprecedented tasks such as relocating world's largest cylinder caisson and caissons with the weight of 5000 metric tons.
•Floating airbag,Filling airbag
Floating airbags are very small in size while uninflated,thus they can be easily transported and conveniently deployed above or under water.We canalso provide exact floating ton capability based on clients requirements.The floating airbag has very flexible applications and can be broadly implemented in shipwreck aslvaging,floating bridge and dock construction and also can be used as temporary manne transportation device.
•Pneumatic core molding
The traditional large reinforced concrete structure normally uses wood or steel as core molding.We have designed and developed pneumatic core molding with advantages of graet malleability,durability and environmental friendliness,We can also customize according to client's specifications and manufacture pneumatic core molding with diamater ranges from 0.12m to 5.0m without length limit.They can be widely used in large reinforced concrete construction projects such as railway,bridge,highway and dam.
